Bank Compensation and Benefits Survey 
USource™ sponsors a comprehensive annual survey covering salary and bonus benchmarks and information on projected pay increase rates, benefit programs, incentives, metrics on employee turnover, and more. USource™ members that participate will receive a free report for their state or region, along with discounted pricing on additional reports. 
Affirmative Action Plan Development
Written Affirmative Action Plans are required annually of banks, as federal contractors, with 50 or more employees and a government contract of $50,000 or more.  Affirmative Action Plan development is available to both USource™ members and non-members. We provide spreadsheets for recording the data and are a phone call away to assist with any questions about data requirements. We analyze the data you collect to develop the charts and narratives required for the written plan. 
Forums provide a face-to-face opportunity to discuss human resources topics with participants from other community banks.  Hearing about other banks' human resources challenges and successes can help identify potential issues you may encounter. Forums include a presentation of HR-related topics with questions, discussion, and networking encouraged. The forums are held at various locations, with lunch and refreshments provided. 
USource™ webinars provide essential and timely information on various topics and are presented frequently throughout the year, generally lasting approximately 45 minutes.  Webinars provide an opportunity for community banks to learn about HR best practices and trends, compliance with employment law regulations, and more.
Employee Surveys
Confidential employee surveys are an effective way to solicit employee feedback so you can identify and correct any HR or cultural problems early and capitalize on successes quickly. Employee surveys are also an excellent tool for strategic planning, used before or after significant policy or benefit changes or as an annual gauge of bank morale. These surveys will provide your bank with important information on how your staff interprets and reacts to changes in policies or culture around the bank.
Pre-employment Assessments
Hiring the right people the first time increases retention and productivity and eliminates headaches in the workplace. USource™ provides validated pre-employment assessments, which will assist you in assessing your job applicants and determining if they fit your bank's culture and the position you are attempting to fill. Assessments may also be used for current employees to assist with making decisions on transfers and promotions.
Online Human Resource Library
The USource™ online library includes helpful information and best practices in recruitment, performance management, employment regulations, and compensation, along with various sample forms to use.  There is also a section with templates and examples of the information needed to develop your job descriptions.  Recordings and PowerPoint presentations from previous USource™ webinars are available as well.
