Discounted PayScale Compensation Reports
PayScale administers the largest real-time salary survey in the world. Accurate market compensation reports are highly dependent upon the quality of the job match with a specific geographic area. Try asking the following questions when determining a market comparison: Who does the bank compete with for talent for this position? Where do your employees come from and where do they go if they leave? USource provides PayScale reports at a huge discount and the first report is free for all USource members. 
Human Resources Audit
One of our Human Resources Consultants will come on-site to review your existing human resources policies and procedures for compliance. The audit report will address areas of concern and provide recommendations for improvement with regard to recruitment, hiring, termination, compensation, benefits, training, communications, employee relations, performance management, record keeping and retention of records.  
Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) Development
Written Affirmative Action Plans are required of banks with 50 or more employees.  Updates are required annually.  Affirmative Action Plan development is available to both USource members and non-members. We provide the spreadsheets for recording the data and are a phone call away to assist with any questions you may have about data requirements. We analyze the data you collect to develop the charts and narratives required for the written plan. 
Management Development Training
Do you have a manager that is struggling or have one that is new to managing employees? Upon completion of a 20 minute survey, managers will receive a comprehensive profile report personalizing the content and the training recommendations based on the unique strengths and limitations of each manager. The on-going management development program provides personalized coaching to help stimulate more effective communication and relationships between a manager and the team. 
Management Forums
All USource members receive complimentary registrations for educational HR Forums. These forums cover a variety of timely HR related issues and are held at least three times a year. In addition to providing valuable information, these forums also serve as a great networking opportunity for community bank employees to meet and share ideas. These forums are available to non USource members for a nominal fee.
Management Webinars
These complimentary educational webinars are presented nearly every month. They last approximately 45 minutes and provide HR managers with a convenient way to stay current with ever-changing employment laws and regulations.
Customized Training Presentations
Is there a topic you would like our HR experts to present to your employees?  With our customized training presentations, a USource representative will visit your bank and provide a training presentation tailored to the needs of your employees or provide training to your supervisors regarding interviewing or performance management best practices.
